The reasons that I sign up with IXWebhosting are because of the below:Great technical support (7 days 24 hours support! ) . I had several technical problems before and they always provide a good solution. You can chat with them online or call them directly. I always use the online chat as phone call is too costly for me.
Unlimited web disk space. Very very useful if you want to host many domains and your blog or site has alot of contens like photos and videos.

Unlimited data transfer. It means that people can always download my stuffs without getting any errors.
Unlimited domains. I can host many domains under one webhost. Hosting domains under one webhost is better than hosting on many webhosts!

I host 3 domains with the Expert Plan and never encounter any major problems so far.
Recently I wanted to do an upgrade of my wordpress blog to the latest version and one of the requirement is
PHP version 4.3 or greater
MySQL version 4.1.2.
So I asked the helpdesk guy what versions do I have and he told me that:
MySQL version is 4.1.15
PHP version is 4.4.9
Since MySQL version is 4.1.15, it does not meet the requirement. But the helpdesk guy told me there should be no problem. I did an upgrade later and did not face any problem. So the support is great!
So I would rate IXWebhosting 10 out of 10.
