For the first 15 years of using your Enagic Kangen Water Machine, expect no drop in its performance. You can use your machine 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and will not run into issues such as burning the engine out, overheating or wearing down the electrolysis plates. Your Enagic Kangen Water Machine will consistently produce top-grade Alkaline Kangen Water, Strong Alkaline Water, Neutral or Clean Water, Beauty Water and Strong Acid Water at the push of a single button.
As long as you use the included, reusable citrus cleaning cartridge every 6 months, there will be no mineral buildup in your machine to disrupt the clean and efficient production of your water. Performance drop would mean a drop in pH controllability and therefore a drop in ORP, meaning antioxidant potential.
Enagic’s electronics are built to the highest standards, and are contained in medical grade parts to provide you with the look, feel and experience of a top-quality water ionizing device. Remember, you can use hard water; soft water; any water in your Enagic Kangen Water Machine and it will not void the 5 year warranty. This is simply not the case with the competitors’ products where hard water (common tap water for a lot of us) is not considered an acceptable source for ionization.
Enagic stamps its own proprietary titanium plates, manufactures the electrode plates, welds the bolts in-house, has expert technicians assemble the electrolysis chambers and takes meticulous care inspecting these parts. Additional inspections are also performed on items such as the LCD display, the electrical circuits, the pH value, chlorine removal and the flow of the water. A single, very minor flaw in a machine could lead to major repercussions in terms of machine quality and performance over time. Luckily, Enagic does not let any defects go unnoticed.
